2. The service
{site} is an entertainment website that presents a collection of popular movie scenes, memorable cinematic moments, and short clips. You may browse the library and play clips for personal enjoyment. You do not need an account to use the site.
3. Film and video content
Clips shown on {site} are hosted by YouTube. They remain the property of their copyright owners and creators. You must follow YouTube’s terms when you watch that content. This website is not YouTube, Google, or a movie studio, and it does not claim ownership of the films represented in the clips.
Titles, thumbnails, and availability can change or disappear if the original upload is removed or restricted.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site to discover and watch movie moments in a normal way. Do not use {site} to interfere with other visitors, abuse the hosting service, or attempt to manipulate video-platform metrics.
5. Optional viewing reminders
The Videos page may let you mark clips you have already seen. Those markers are optional personal reminders stored in your browser. They are not money by themselves, not a ticket, and not proof of a YouTube view.
6. Weekly prize promotion
{site} may run a weekly promotion in which 100 eligible visitors are selected at random and each selected winner can receive €500. The current rules, eligibility, payout methods, and claim form are published on the Dashboard page. No purchase, deposit, or processing fee is required to be selected or to claim a prize. We will never ask for passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or similar secrets in order to pay a winner.
Submitting the payout form does not by itself mean you have won. Only people selected in the weekly draw, and whose details we can reasonably verify, are paid. Payouts are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after confirmation. The promotion is void where prohibited by law. You must be at least 18 years old to claim a prize.
7. Availability
The collection may grow, shrink, or change. Pages may be updated or temporarily unavailable. {site} does not guarantee that any particular scene will remain listed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, {site} is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for YouTube outages, changes to third-party clips, or information stored only in your browser. Prize payouts may be delayed or withheld if details are incomplete, unlawful, or cannot be verified, or if a request appears to be fraudulent.
